An instruction card stating all details of doses, and how to administer your autoinjector.
Be sure to include all details, even those which seem simple to you.
CELL PHONE
Be sure to have a means of contacting emergency services at all times
EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD
Name of allergic individual(s), a photo, what they are allergic to
Emergency contact information
HANDSOAP
It is wise to carry a bottle of your own hand
soap with you. It is near impossible to verify ingredients at public
venues, or even at friends houses.
SNACK BAG
A small carry on filled with shelf stable snacks and drinks proves to be more than worthwhile. Pack more than you plan on needing. Carrying an extra small water bottle is useful if exposed to an allergen for swishing and spitting.
WIPES
Carry chlorox wipes for surface wiping such as shopping cart handles, tabletops, and conveyor belts, and baby wipes for hands and faces.
